The Sparks Centennial Sunrise Rotary Club is pleased to announce its 9th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. It will be held at Red Hawk’s “The Hills” Golf Course on Saturday, September 22nd, 2018. The course is in great shape and should make for a beautiful day of golf and fellowship.
The tournament will be scramble style with prizes, activities and frivolity at every hole. Not to mention the great food and refreshing beverages too! Hole In One sponsor from Reno GMC Buick.
Because of the generosity of sponsors and participants in our previous tournaments, we have assisted our community with books for school libraries, calculators for students, speech and music scholarships, leadership development courses and camps for eighth-graders and high school students, and so much more. Funds raised this year will support the Project Based Learning program at Lincoln Park Elementary School and other youth programs.
Rotary’s main objective is service – in the community, in the workplace, and around the globe. The 1.2 million Rotarians who make up more than 34,000 Rotary clubs in nearly every country in the world share a dedication to the ideal of Service Above Self. Including Rotary’s major campaign to eradicate Polio!
Rotary clubs are open to people from all cultures and ethnicities and are not affiliated with any political or religious organizations.
We would like to invite you to participate in this year’s signature golf event that directly impacts our youth and future leaders. "One hundred percent of your donation stays in our community to support local programs and services". There is a way and opportunity for everyone to help support this event. There are several sponsorship levels as outlined in the attachment: whole event sponsorships, raffle prize donations, individual hole sponsorships, player gifts, or simply sign up to play in the tournament.
